Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

A: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us  within 24 hours of order and we will try our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee your order may be changed once it’s been submitted.

The refund excludes any delivery charges.

Please note, the shipment cost and custom duties (back and forth) are the responsibility of the customer.


Q: Are we able to exchange any purchased item?

A: We are sure that you will love our art-pieces, however, in other circumstances specified Ready-to-wear items and ready crafts may be exchanged

Kindly contact us for an exchange within 7 days from the day you received your purchased product and explain clearly the reason for the exchange.

Items can be exchanged if the product is in the exact condition in which it was shipped. Exchanges that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer on their charge.

You are kindly asked to inform us about the item you would like to exchange with your purchased item. Any cost difference between the products will either be refunded or charged upon the customer, depending on the new chosen item.

Please note, the shipment cost/delivery and custom duties (back and forth) are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that once a “customised” or “pre-ordered” order has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned for a refund.

 

Q: Are we able to refund any purchased item?

A: Only specified ready-to-wear pieces (Except sale items) and ready crafts can be refunded.

Kindly allow 5 working days from the time we receive your returned items for the refund to be processed.

 

Kindly note, return items should enjoy the exact condition in which it was delivered. Any returned item that does not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
