Kindly note, the term “art-piece” refers to our products.
Q: Do I need to create an account to make an order/purchase?
A: You do not need to create an account to shop on the website. You can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. However, we are more than happy to have you on our newsletter family for future orders and special clients’ deals.
Q: Which products are available for purchase on district-noon.com?
A: District Noon offers products across several categories, including ready-to-wear, accessories, and home décor. Our art-pieces are limited in quantity for sustainability and exclusivity purposes, so hurry up and order yours!

Q: Does District Noon take Custom Made orders?
A: Yes, we happily do. Feel free to chat with us for more details and questions!
Q: What is an “Available on pre-order” order?
A: “Pre-ordered” orders are orders created or customised only after an order has been requested. Once an order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm your order details and payment. Your item will then be crafted-with-love exclusively for you.
“Pre-ordered” items include our wear and hand-made crafts. We are more than happy to prepare souvenirs and gifts for your happy occasions. (Add link to souvenirs)
Q: Can I cancel a customised / pre-ordered orders?
A: If you decide to cancel your customised order, and we have already deposited your first payment, then your partial payment deposit will not be refunded. When we are ready to dispatch your order, we will contact you to complete the remaining payment of your order.
Please note that once a customised order has successfully been delivered, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned for a refund.
Q: How do I know my size?
A: Size guides with general recommendations are available on each product page to help find your best fit! If you need any more help, please contact us.
Q: How does District Noon commit to sustainability and responsible shopping?
A: Since day one, District Noon promises to commit towards the goal of creating a culture of sustainability and the drive to raise awareness on this vital matter. Whatever we love to design, we constantly attempt to choose sustainable materials for our art-pieces. We love organic fabrics, recycled materials and adore leftovers! If you visit District Noon’s workshop, you’ll find many scraps and little fabric-cut outs that we treasure for future designs.
Q: What if I receive a damaged order?
A: A question we hesitate to think about and try our best to never happen. When you order from District Noon, please ensure that we always aim to draw a smile on your beautiful face.
