Refund/Exchange Policy
We strongly believe that you will absolutely love the art-pieces you will receive. However, our policy agrees to exchange/return an art-piece within 7 days from receiving your order. This policy only covers specified ready-to-wear items listed on the website.
If your order arrives damaged, we kindly ask you to contact us on our WhatsApp or email (hyperlink both) within 2 days of receiving your order. We are more than happy to re-create something for you or just simply refund you! What matters is your happiness with us.

Shipping Policy
• Internationally: We are delighted to reach out to our international customers. District Noon cooperates with DHL to deliver our art-pieces. Shipping internationally requires 5 to 20 working days. The status of your chosen art-piece, whether available or must be pre-ordered, will decide the complete transit time required.
• In Lebanon: Ready-to-wear items and available crafts are usually dispatched between 1-5 business days of payment confirmation. Our working hours are from Monday - Friday between 9 am and 4 pm, excluding national holidays where the workshop is closed.
We take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
We always strive to minimize shipment delays or obstacles.
Shipping is available all over Lebanon. Free shipping for items above 200$.

• International Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for items are calculated throughout checkout based on weight, dimensions, and shipment destination of the order. The shipping charges will be collected with the purchase.
• If you decide to pay through OMT or other money-transactions, kindly inform us through WhatsApp or email districtnoon@gmail.com to agree on the process. Throughout the chosen payment method, the shipping charges and purchase cost will be all collected.
• Changing Delivery Address: If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, kindly contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information cannot be changed once it has already been shipped.
